The hotel was wonderful with favourable location down the man-made canal. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent, helped with any issues. The service was excellent and the pool was well-maintained. Location: the property was short walk to the beach area of Da Nang which is lively and good tourist shopping and the Moonba restaurant on all 3 nights...

Large bed, luxurious bathroom and a mini bar fridge, a sitting area, and a writing desk in the room. Lovely location of the hotel, close enough to the Thai restaurant, transport, and mass market.

The room here is spacious and practical, equipped with a kitchenette, and the service is top-notch while the food is affordable.

Rooms are adorned with elegant decor and spotlessly clean bathrooms with a range of facilities. Their service is second to none, as the staff are friendly, attentive and cater for your every need. Breakfast is delicious and very well presented, with many options from various cuisines. Guests can take part in complimentary activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding. You can also stroll down the man-made canal and take in the stunning views.

The restaurant staff could be more welcoming.

One of the best beach resorts we've ever stayed at, it was absolutely amazing! The level of luxury was mind-blowing and the staff went above and beyond to pamper us. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved the dragon pool with its strategically positioned hot jacuzzi. The attention to detail was incredible, like gifting a delicious chocolate coconut cake for my daughter's birthday. From the moment we were picked up by the hotel taxi to the moment we left, the service was top-notch. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were constantly amazed by the little touches that made our stay unforgettable, like the beds being decorated with flower petals after each housekeeping session. This truly was a holiday in paradise, and we can't wait to come back!

Chose this hotel for a trade show due to their excellent meeting facilities and assistance from the Resort Events Team. The staff were attentive and responsive to my specific requirements. The overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.

The only thing I missed was a dedicated business center for printing and copying documents. Otherwise, everything else met my needs perfectly.

Had a great time during Christmas with excellent service and facilities. Enjoyed the variety of activities offered, especially the spa treatments and seafood dinners. Location is a plus, with easy access to nearby beaches and attractions. a great place to relax and unwind.

During my Easter holiday, I stayed at a resort near a natural reservation with untouched beaches, which was a great experience. The room was spacious and had an excellent bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and always available when needed. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice and champagne breakfast that was served every day, and the pool was quite impressive too.

The location of the resort was a major drawback, as it was quite isolated and there were no nearby facilities. The only food available was at the hotel restaurant, which became monotonous after a while.

We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which was beautifully designed with a view of the garden area, and the spa centre with its steam room and Jacuzzi. the beach access was also a plus, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available at all times. the restaurant served delicious food with several options for special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start our day.

Minor Language Barrier Although the staff spoke great English, we felt that they prioritized foreign guests over the local ones when it came to service. We noticed that foreign guests were served before us, and we had to wait longer for our orders to arrive in the restaurant.
